Great management tool for nonprofits

The ability to see all of your data in one place is pretty great! I also like being able to have my team members access this system as well so that we can keep track of our donations and make sure they are going where they should be. It's not always easy to navigate through sometimes but once you figure out how to do things it gets easier. We've been using foundant for about 3 years now and there really isn't anything i dislike yet. If you're looking for something simple that helps manage…

Our organization has used GLM for 3 years now

I can easily log in and make updates using my PC or mobile device as well as pull reports and track donations using GLM system. It takes some time to learn all aspects of the software, but once you do it helps tremendously. There are many features that seem unnecessary or could be more user friendly. However it is getting easier to navigate and operate without needing help from technical department or having to hire consultant. We have been able to keep up with donor information in our database

  • Great way for non profits such small orgs.to connect people together across state lines so we never miss any opportunities! Very nice program very helpful when looking at numbers about giving history/future potential etc..Great customer service!!!!!Easy access via phone calls / online chat & email support..great resource tool !It tracks everything

Some issues with software functionality (especially for updates)

I like that you can customize your dashboard to show only projects/funds or all of your grants so you don't have to see everything at once. It's not easy to navigate through when there are multiple pages of information. Also, sometimes certain filters won't work as intended -- especially if they're new features being added. We've been using this system since 2013 but we still haven't found out why some things aren't working correctly. But having said that, we did get help from their Customer…
