I like that they are easy to take with me when I go somewhere for the night. It's not impossible if you get up early before you start your day to complete this routine. I find teeth whitening a huge task that I want to avoid. So true that I hesitated before trying it. It's actually going pretty well. I like that this product allows you to set your actions. So far I've tried traditional bleaching trays, strips, pens, and an electric brush system that I like. As far as I do the following, I get the result for all. The electric toothbrush technique worked better for me since I have to brush my teeth anyway. The dentist's methods are all good, but the gums are more sensitive. Also, I really avoid dentists. More than a year and a half ago I bought a professional whitening kit. Due to my (asthmatic) cough and the consequences, I was not recommended to continue the treatment. I am awaiting completion of this over the counter whitening method and others before proceeding on recommendation from a dentist. The results were as expected. Stains are removed. If I keep using this method, I'll hit a plateau because I don't want to do what is required. It just seems like it should be easier. I can use this in combination with dentures so I've tried it a couple of times which seems more effective. I like the idea of isolating the product on the teeth from the lips in the mouth. I just can't concentrate enough to keep my teeth dry. Overall I like this product. Holidays allow me to continue working on my teeth whitening project, which I've been doing all my life. I have very yellowed and gray teeth from drinking coffee and taking medication that destroys tooth enamel. To some extent, I will definitely consider this a win. Enjoy!
