I'm very handy around the house, and I'm also a big fan of getting outside, so I was really pleased to test out i72, an online store that specialized in sporting goods and outdoor equipment. Having said that, I feel the need to admit that overall, I was somewhat dissatisfied with my experience. To begin, in comparison to the inventory of other online retailers that I've purchased at, they have a pretty restricted choice of things. They have a reasonable selection of products, but the selection is not even close to being as broad as I had hoped it would be. I was forced to look for certain things that I had presumptively expected they would have in stock, but to my dismay, I was unable to locate them anywhere in the store. In relation to the great quality of the items offered, the prices are extremely steep. I was quite aback to discover that i72 was asking for such a significant markup on things that were sold by other retailers at prices that were significantly lower. It seems as though they were more interested in making a profit off of their brand name than in providing a reasonable pricing for their products. In addition to that, the service that was provided to customers was subpar. I had a few inquiries regarding a product that I was considering purchasing, and when I contacted the company's support service, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to offer any assistance. It appeared as though their primary concern was getting their hands on my money rather than assisting me in making an educated choice. In general, I would not recommend i72 to other people who enjoy being outdoors. There are many other options available that are far more desirable. These alternatives provide a more extensive product range, more affordable costs, and superior customer service. It is recommended that you explore elsewhere for high-quality outdoor gear rather than purchasing it here.
