The material is very comfortable compared to other tactical shirts I've had and surprisingly stays cool in hot weather. However, it does run a little small, mainly in the shoulder and chest area and not in the stomach area, which I prefer as I like tighter clothing. The only fault I have with this shirt is that some of the stitching on the shoulder Velcro attachment points has come off a bit. It might just be the shirt I got, but it's not really a big deal, it might just reduce durability a bit. As a sizing guide, I ordered a large (I usually wear medium sized shirts) based on what I saw in other reviews. I'm about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 135-140 pounds for reference.
