This is a replacement for our old tank. Did a lot of research on how to install this reverse osmosis tank. The old tank was left out as there was no water flowing from our faucet. After following the instructions and adding air to the tank, water flowed from the faucet. At the same time, however, water came out of the air blower pen. After googling the internet for a while I wasn't sure if this is normal. But one article gave a great explanation, reporting that small holes can form in the bladder after prolonged use. Based on this information I assumed that water was getting into the chamber and therefore water was being pumped out of the push pin hole while I was pumping air in. The new tank was well packaged. I also noticed that it was made in Taiwan as many products are now made in China. Made in China is rare. There are still good goods from China, especially those operated by foreigners. However, very rarely. I'm not sure about the life expectancy of these tanks as the seller can't tell me either. Only time can tell. I assume it should last at least 8-10 years. Generally when someone breaks a reverse osmosis tank. I would recommend buying here.
