My mother's Dell Optiplex desktop (model 780 I think?) required a PCI Wi-Fi card because of the USB Wi-Fi dongle that she previously used died. Installation was easy and it comes with two different sized PCIe covers (half and full) which is great as the Optiplex is half the size of a typical PC case. I didn't have to install a Windows 10 driver at all, it's basically plug and play. Connected to wifi with no problems and has stayed that way since I installed the card. The only downside to this is that my mom is back online now so I have to be careful what I post on social media now. Rschunimagu
