This is my bird's favorite game simulator that I have already introduced to her. I love that it attaches to the top of the cage so I can put it where I want because my cockatiel doesn't have a top in the cage but she always likes to sit on top of her cage. Another reviewer complained that there was no base. Nowhere in the description or in the picture does it say there is a base, it is clear that the parts are intended to be attached to the top of the cage. Your birdcage is the foundation. My bird doesn't actually play with the smaller part of it, it's just a rope. I'm not sure what the bird is supposed to do with it. She's just playing with the other part, but she's happy, so I'm happy.
