Review on MaintWiz by Fernando Beck

The ease of use, ability for end users that is not technical at all but can be used by anyone who wants it - no need for any training! Very simple to install and set up with very few questions about usage required during installation process; there are many people in my organization using this product already and I haven't heard anything negative yet from them either (or me). No one has ever been interested enough to ask us how we did what they're doing or why/how our system does similar things differently than theirs. We needed an easy way to share forms across branches without having everyone go through IT first so someone could fill out their annual physical form if they weren't able to do it themselves due to medical reasons etc., then have that same information flow down into other departments like payroll processing, benefits administration etc.. It's just much easier now since everything gets uploaded.
