Very bad quality. Apparently this manufacturing facility does not have a quality control service.

All leather discs must be round, the same diameter and their edges must meet to form a solid surface for sharpening tools. The device I received had discs of different diameters and the edges didn't meet to form that critical flat surface. I didn't send the wheel back thinking I could sand the edges down to a smooth flat surface. I haven't tried to fix the roundness issue yet.

Pros

EASY TO USE WITH ANY ELECTRIC DRILL: No worries, no problem with the knife sharpening wheel. You will be able to get used to the leather polishing pad very quickly and easily.
