Programming was easy - follow the advice of others and program directly from the instructions on the keyboard. It immediately showed that the garage door could be opened by simply pressing the enter button on the device, regardless of whether a PIN was entered. A call to tech support quickly resolved the issue: pressing 9 and 1 simultaneously for 10 seconds toggles the 1-button open feature, which by default should be off from the factory. Works as it should. , but you have to make sure you can't open the door just by pressing ENTER.
