Review on 🌧️ Preciva Digital Psychrometer Thermo-Hygrometer: LCD Mini Temperature and Humidity Meter with Dew Point and Wet Bulb Temperature – Ideal for Industry, Agriculture, and Meteorology (9V Battery Included) by Shawn Welker

I'm a gadget freak and when I see a gadget I don't have I usually have to. You guessed it, I saw this Preciva Digital Psychrometer, Thermohygrometer, and Temperature Meter and I had to get my hands on it. Even though I didn't know exactly what this gauge did at the time... I found out that this Preciva gauge is a temperature and humidity gauge equipped with wet and dry bulbs, giving it the ability to measure dew point temperature. I definitely see a lot of uses for this gauge where those readings are important; I will be using it primarily in my garage and home to control and regulate temperature and humidity. To use it, all I had to do was insert the included 9V battery and press the bottom "on" button to see the readings. The larger numerical value is at the top and the smaller numerical value is at the bottom. I will list the screens below: (I used 99.99 for reference only) 1. 99.99% RH / 99.99 C2. 99.99%RH / 99.99F3. 99.99% relative humidity / 99.99°C dew point4. 99.99% relative humidity / 99.99 F dew point5. 99.99% RH / 99.99°C WB6. 99.99% RH / 99.99 F WB There are basically 3 sets of readings: relative humidity, followed by temperature, dew point and wet bulb in Celsius and Fahrenheit. Note. By default, when the flowmeter is powered on, it will display the last screen used before it was powered off. There is also a Max/Min button which is used to toggle between the current, minimum and maximum readings for any combination of the readings listed above. The screen is sharp and the primary readings are very legible, even for my tired old eyes. However, I have found that the smaller "C", "F", "Dew Point" and "Wet Lamp" displays are difficult to see and I have to wear reading glasses. There is also no backlight as stated in the description. There is a 1/4 inch threaded receiver on the back of the meter, which allows you to mount it on a tripod or camera mount, which is very convenient. As for accuracy, I have to take their word for it. I have many temperature and humidity sensors and this Preciva meter matches them. Finally, I like this smaller meter. The only minor negatives are some displays, which are a bit small for me, and the lack of a backlight. I also wish the meter could detect temperature and humidity changes a little faster, which would make it a bit more convenient to detect and record temperature and humidity changes.
