I was hesitant to give this product a 3 or 4 star rating. I ultimately chose 4 stars as this is a unique product that does exactly what we want it to. We have a small business office where about 10 people share a unisex bathroom. The lock on our own door didn't work so it was time to replace it. In a small office it's nice to be able to close the bathroom door when it smells, so we thought this product would be a great solution to avoid getting knocked on the door every time the door is closed. The product was easy to fit into a standard boring door and only took about 10 minutes including removing the old door. Unlocks/occupies when the lock is turned and works as it should. I only have three complaints about this product. First, the handle doesn't automatically unlock when you try to leave the room, which isn't a big deal, it just takes some getting used to. Second, the Lock/Free indicator's rotation isn't very smooth, and the metal parts stick a little, not so hard that it's difficult to rotate, but it feels cheap. My final complaint relates only to the quality of the paintwork, the item arrived with some minor paint chips on the moldings and a few scratches on the red Busy badge. I'm afraid that the color will continue to peel off over time. Despite my few complaints, overall this is a good product that offers a great USP for a small office bathroom. We got the commercial version and I'm glad we did because overall the pen feels heavy and of relatively good quality so hopefully it will stand the test of time.
