The tape itself works great, five stars for that. What I mean by "there" is how to REMOVE that tape from the carpet. It's very, very easy once you know how. These instructions are printed on the ribbon label, but who reads the label on the ribbon roll? Luckily my wife knows about it. In any case, the secret is to heat the tape with a hair dryer before trying to pull it out. We had a few strips about 30cm long that needed to be removed this morning and the blow dryer made all the difference. We held the "working end" of the dryer about half an inch above the belt and heated it for about thirty seconds. After adding a little extra heat to one end of the ribbon, we began twisting and lifting the ribbon from that end. Once we had enough tape to hold it in place, we could easily remove the rest with one long pull. Nothing more, nothing, nothing more. The carpet was in perfect condition. Without a hair dryer, this job would have taken several hours, and that's no exaggeration! Instead, the whole job took about fifteen minutes. Hope that helps!
