Review on DEWALT DW4905 🔧 Crimped 8-Inch 1.014-Inch Wire Wheel by Jared Winebrenner

These wheels are amazing and have virtually no shedding. Used DW4905 (after modification) deburring tens of thousands of metal parts weekly for 2 years and eventually had to be replaced. The descriptions aren't accurate enough for me, so I bought both to compare. Product DW4904 is 3/4 inch thick and DW4905 is 1 inch thick as shown on packaging. 3/4" thick disc fits standard 6" benchtop grinders without removing the side guard. The 1" rubs on the inside of my 6" delta grinder (reduces power) unless I'm cutting some wire or removing the guard because the wires are fanning out at full speed. IMHO using the DW4904 fits much better.
