IT'S ONLY A BAG!

So $40 is too much. I bought it as a baby shower gift. I thought I would make a great gift! The description is not clear at all. I feel that this description was intentionally misleading. None of the pictures show what you REALLY get which is a case, 18" x 9" rubber padding and 2 velcro foil sleeves. All pictures show additional bottles, pads and the like! I appreciate all subjects but the image and text are misleading.
