The boat runs great! I had to put a gasket
The water pump works well, the boat runs cool. AS others have complained about the pulley rubbing against the housing and not being quite aligned. I ran the pulley with shims but now I have a slight vibration in the belts. Apparently this is a common water pump problem in the automotive industry because they make a product for it. I'm sure there are other manufacturers, but I'm ordering a Specter Performance 4480 water pump pulley seal kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00062ZI3G/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
