Poor workmanship or quality control resulted in this glass being sent to me with black impurities in the glass and an air bubble around the rim. I may be able to deal with the air bubble, but the black spot is unsightly and cannot be removed with a scraper. I will return the item. Update: 2nd sentence is also incorrect. The second time they sent me broken glasses. There are a few visible air bubbles and one of the glasses has an obvious S-curve running through the center of the bowl. Do not buy from this manufacturer. They will not send you quality dishes. Terrible experience and waste of my time. Update 2: The company contacted me after I posted the second update and informed me that they are having some quality control issues with their supplier. They agreed to send me 4 new glasses and refund the price I paid for a defective set I already had. The new set was in excellent condition and I'm inclined to think I was just unlucky with my first two orders. I highly recommend doing business with this company based on the quality of the set of four I received and their excellent customer service. I still give them one star for the inconvenience and poor product that was handled. However, if the most recent glasses I've received are any indication of the rest of their inventory, this is great value for a high-end crystal.
