It's very nice but sometimes the door gets stuck. No problem. I use a cut out piece of foam rubber (bought to install the air conditioner) to insert inside the mail slot. This protects against drafts and insects. I pocket it loosely so the postman doesn't have to work to enter the mail. I'll take a piece of foam rubber and replace it after the mail arrives. While this may seem annoying to some, I prefer this to a street mailbox. For an older woman, having a mailbox will be more valuable in the future, when walking outdoors on rainy or icy days can become more dangerous or difficult.
