does not fit filter

Pump clicks like a fuel pump getting ready to start (that's why I bought a new pump). I tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller. The pump is still running, but before you start the moped you need to turn the key until the click stops. Then I have the feeling that it is difficult for him to pump enough fuel into the carburetor. Not very happy with this purchase.
