Smaller than expected
I bought this mainly for the baozi shape (steamed buns/dumplings) but it was a lot smaller than I expected. When I think of baozi, I think of a 3- to 5-inch diameter steamed bun, but it's meant for tiny baozi, less than 2 inches in diameter. If I wanted to cook bite sized baozi that would be fine, but not for full size baozi.
