I ordered XL and I wear size 16. Because my belly was bigger, I was worried. But I was pleasantly surprised that they actually fit. They're comfortable, DO NOT ride (with caps because that was my main concern and I'm very happy with them!), quality is decent and seems to be on the cheaper end of the two, and in my opinion, minor issues - they could do with more coverage on top have and the cell phone pocket would be on the shorter end. So if you're looking for a higher quality product, look elsewhere. But for the price, as well as the overall comfort, I would definitely recommend it.
