I like that we can use it in many ways depending of our needs (we are using mainly as accounting system). The interface could be better but overall everything works fine with us so far! Maybe have some kind tutorials or maybe an online course where people from different countries learn how they should do their daily tasks inside this tool would help too!! It's good software because helps organize trips well especially when there're multiple members involved since each member has his/her own profile page within which he will see other info about him such travels done by others etc., The ability to create a trip and have the tour operator's agent add customers. It also creates an itinerary of the tour. There could be an option to have the tour operator manage the schedule and add customers. The tour operator can also manage the schedule.
