iSmartAlarm is truly one of the worst products I have ever bought. If you really value your time and money, buy Dropcamp, which is on the other side of the customer experience. This product has the worst support team. I think their product is so bad that they don't really care about other customers with problems anymore. WARNING: DO NOT BUY this or any other product from these guys. They do not care. They advertise that you don't have to pay for monthly maintenance, which is true. The downside is that they get their income from selling their device and once they sell you, even if you are lucky in the world and this product works for you, they will not receive any more money from you. SO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HER ANYMORE.
