Works as it should good for heating, cooling and air quality

This is a COMPLETE PACKAGE, the person above who said he put it in a cupboard and got wet slimy puddles HAS THE INSTRUCTIONS NOT READ! They need to be placed in the bucket to allow water to collect at the bottom. Instead of a bad rating, they should read the instructions. They work EXACTLY as they should when used CORRECTLY.
