There is nothing to change the min/ To display max value, and also nothing but reading here, to switch to Fahrenheit you have to flip the stand and there is a black button on the left to press. Also nothing that explains what the save button is for in this setting. Does it show how cold it has been at rock bottom since launch? I have no idea as there are no instructions included. It was worth the price, but instructions should definitely be included!
