If you have never used these tools to butcher a chicken, you should try. I use them to cut venison steak into two inch strips for frying. I don't want to be without a pair in my kitchen. I actually have two pairs so when one is in the dishwasher the other is waiting to be used. They may seem a bit pricey, but they are very high quality, made in America, and worth every penny.
