Underdosed compared to Green Magnitude

First, I will give you some information about me to gain your trust. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 205-210 pounds. I've been training for about 10 years and have a lot of experience working with many creatines and designers. My diet is legal with a huge amount of animal protein and carbohydrates that are about 500 calories over the limit. I also train 5/3/1 Vendler. Now for the review. If you're looking for a capped form of Green Magnitude rather than a bulky powder, Green Bulge is definitely not for you. The compounds are different but have the same main ingredient; Dicreatine Malate and Creatine Magnesium Robe. Big difference in dosage. Green Mag has a 5g creatine blend, while Green Bulge has a 2.5g blend. Controlled Labs claim that the supporting ingredients in Green Bulge make the smaller dose of creatine just as effective, if not more so. I believe this is not true. In the third week of using Green Mag there is a noticeable increase in strength. The "Green Bulge" in week 3 didn't give me a performance boost. It gave me better recovery than not using creatine as I don't feel any lactic acid build up but that's about it. To get the same results as Green Mag, you will likely need to double your Green Bulge dose. I wouldn't recommend this as Green Bulge has a high dose of B-vits. An overdose of B-vits causes nerve damage, a proven fact. In addition, other ingredients have not been seriously researched. To me, this product is far less effective than a high dose of creatine monohydrate, which has been proven to work. And a lot less effective than Green Magnitude and not on the same playing field as far as I can tell. If you're looking for a great non-bloating creatine look no further than Green Mag. In my experience, Green Mag is just as effective as some of the designers but doesn't destroy your hormones. If cost is a factor and you don't experience the discomfort of a little gas, buy bulk creatine monohydrate powder. Both options are superior to Green Bulge.
