. a green tint for your BM but this is a great product. I didn't notice any water retention.

This will give your BMs a green tint but it is a great product. I didn't notice any water retention or bloating, but I was able to post two new PRs in separate exercises. I recommend this product.

It does the job. for creatine

Never taken creatine in my life! I was very skeptical. But since I started taking the product (3 weeks now) I have actually seen more tone, strength and fat loss than usual in my simple workouts. I use it as directed (5 pills a day) even on non-workout days. Pretty reliable product with no side effects! What else would you like to ask?

Underdosed compared to Green Magnitude

First, I will give you some information about me to gain your trust. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 205-210 pounds. I've been training for about 10 years and have a lot of experience working with many creatines and designers. My diet is legal with a huge amount of animal protein and carbohydrates that are about 500 calories over the limit. I also train 5/3/1 Vendler. Now for the review.
