The Obliphica Professional Expect Perfection Seaberry (Volume & Body) Collection is a full size set containing a shampoo, hair mask and hair serum. This is the first time I came across this product. Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamin C, alpha-tocopherol, vitamin K, phenolic compounds, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, lycopene, amino acids, minerals and plant sterols. Because of this, it has gained recognition in the industry as a superfruit. The prevailing logic behind many luxury beauty products is to take a superfruit, plant or vegetable and turn it into a compound where the internal health benefits necessarily have an external benefit. Share your opinion about this product below. Firstly, I've been trying this product for a long time, not just one use. Starting with the shampoo I will notice that it comes in two versions: thin to medium (the one I tried) and medium to coarse (purple bottle). The shampoo's formula is safe for colored, keratinized or just normal hair like mine. My hair is fine to frizzy and doesn't respond well to some shampoos. This formula worked well for me adding moisture and manageability. The mask is also available in the above options. My set included a thin to medium mask. Please note that this set also does not include air conditioning. I applied the mask, waited 5 minutes and then washed it off. My hair has been prone to breakage lately and this product seems to have strengthened it somewhat as evidenced by the lack of hair in my comb/brush. The hair is easy to comb (wet) after using this product and there was no sign of tangling. My hair is also prone to static tangles and this product "grounded" it. The kit also includes hair serum, a weightless sea buckthorn oil product that controls tangles (but doesn't necessarily provide hold). I really like the scent of this product - it's hard to pinpoint but definitely pleasant. When used together, the Obliphica line gave impressive results, even when my hairdresser asked what product I was using (in a complementary way). My hair was soft, manageable and didn't get out of control like cheap supermarket shampoo and conditioner kits do. One of the things I would like to point out, albeit for the budget conscious, is that I've had similar results with the Maui Moisture Vanilla Bean line of products, albeit not as well. These products are easily 1/5 the cost. However, if cost is not a major concern, this Obliphica line is worth the indulgence.
