That's it, my friends. I'm tired of eating this cactus. Patience is over and the teeth are full of bless you :(. I got this router from the provider, in installments. I thought I'd get it for 160. (it seems) in a month 5 GHz and I will be in chocolate. Before that, Keenetic Lite III worked, it suited everyone, but now I wanted 5 GHz and hoped that due to the three (!) antennas, the coverage would certainly just burn my “three-ruble note” through and through. The first disappointment is the cover. The presence of three (!) antennas did not affect the coverage of 2.4 GHz WiFi, and in some places it was worse than on the previous router. Okay, be patient. The second is 5 GHz. About the fact that the range of this mode is small, I was aware, but I did not expect it to be so. It was literally enough for one room and with a creak for a quarter of the next one. But this could also be accepted if it were not for one unpleasant detail: for some unknown reason, the 5 GHz network periodically disappeared. Reboot helped. Well, okay, also quite tolerable, what really . And the third and most important thing is the catastrophic decrease in speed in the 2.4 GHz mode. Sometimes it got to the point that when I was at home, I turned off WiFi, switched to mob. Internet and enjoyed the "flight". I struggled with such indecency in various ways: I changed the position of the router, played with channel settings, etc., turned off everything that can be turned off (DHCP, etc.). Sometimes some action brought temporary success and the router could work without rebooting and obvious degradation for a week, two or even more. But, nevertheless, the final result was still the same: at some point everything fell apart and speedtest showed me numbers that the owner of 100 MB kan is ashamed to publish. After some time of ordeal, I began to look askance towards the provider: is he not hacking? But TP firmly assured that everything is OK. Connecting by wire made sure that the TP was right. And after another drawdown in speed, patience still burst (yes, yes :)). No, I didn't run to the store. I took Keenetic from the shelf, stuck it in, and, as it was before the Archer C20, I forgot about the router :).
