This is my first time using HTV and I love it. Silhouette cameo. Weeding wasn't bad either. I used the Silhouette selection tool. Since I don't have a heat press, I used an iron on a low to medium setting and a piece of parchment paper between the iron and the HTV. I made a layered design and the only problem I had was my top layers of plastic backing were in contact with the bottom vinyl layer. This created an uneven texture on the final product. This was due to user error, not the product. I tried to avoid this by cutting the vinyl and plastic backing so there was no problem, but it didn't work. To set the Silhouette blade properly to cut through the thickness I was impatient. The end product was a toddler thermal shirt featuring a cute Valentine's robot (by Ms. Kate Cuttables) holding a heart-shaped balloon (also by Ms. Kate Cuttables). I washed the shirt inside out the first time with no design issues. I used a gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dried low (I wash all my children's clothes on these settings). The second time I washed it, I didn't even bother to turn the shirt inside out. Still no problem. The only thing I noticed was that the shirt was a little wrinkled. Even though I prewashed the shirt before creating the design, it still wasn't 100% preshrunk - again user error. All in all a great product. I just want the seller to sell more of these multipacks in different colors. I really don't intend to make enough designs to justify buying several large rolls at once. UPDATE 03/15/2016: I'm still excited about the product. Last night I used gold leaf for my knitted t-shirt. I would like to report that this time I had to use a much hotter setting for the iron - full cotton/steam (I made sure the iron was anhydrous and 100% dry). My advice is to try a small sample on a separate fabric, to get the right temperature. Also, this HTV doesn't stretch with the fabric, so if you're using a very stretchy jersey you might wrinkle a little.
