Review on AOC C24G1: Ultra-Smooth 144Hz Frameless DisplayPort Monitor with Height, Pivot, and Tilt Adjustments by Steven Garrison

So, aside from the questionable appearance of the damaged packaging, the product inside was everything I hoped it would be. I was concerned about several dead pixel reviews and they are out of warranty if not consecutive. It's kind of a fishy thing when they tout a 3-year dead pixel warranty. No mention of what's in the series. In my experience, I've rarely had more than 1 pixel at a time, and when I've had more than 1 pixel, they've usually never been next to each other and are distracting if they catch your attention. Luckily I don't seem to have any pixel issues. 144Hz runs and runs, I actually think I'm getting a little bit more. The monitor has a section that tells you the frame rate and whether Free Sync is active. The monitor has excellent articulation for the price, and while I wasn't sure I'd like the curve, I have no problem with it. I would still be fine with a flat but figured why not at this price point. As for the controls and settings in the monitor, there are a lot of them. I've heard complaints that it doesn't save settings in some situations, but luckily the default settings seem to work for me. Putting the monitor together was a breeze as virtually no tools were required to assemble it unless you want to push the base down a bit. CABLE, it comes with a HDMI and DisplayPort cable and a power cord. It was nice that the cables were included. I think the DP and HDMI cables are around 4-6 feet long, probably on the longer side. The power cord is a typical PSU type power cord and is approximately the same length. Still no complaint, just an observation. In general, you'll have a hard time getting that much value at this price point. AOC has come a long way since I last had it. I will update this review in the future if needed, but if all goes well, it will stay as it is.
