I bought four of these thinking they could do a good 12v charge on my ATVs and keep booting. Unfortunately, they tend to use up the energy they generate. As a result, it will show less voltage than if it were not installed. Very disappointed. I am an experienced marine electronics technician and have a good understanding of electrical systems. This product just doesn't do what it's supposed to. On the other hand, it's a very well designed product that has everything you need besides the charging capacity of the solar system itself.
