I sell and install a lot of generic products. I was hoping that this product would be as advertised and would be a great product to sell to my customers. I was very disappointed that their software doesn't intentionally disconnect from the cellular network as it charges for the data you're using if your internet goes down. It does not turn off automatically and switch to normal Internet. I called you a lot of text support and they basically told me I'm sorry it's not working the way you want the agent also admit it should auto switch back like they advertised but there If they don't, they end up making millions of dollars in additional revenue because they have to physically disconnect power to stop paying for data transfers.
