I am, in general, pleased with the machine. She worked for an employer for one and a half years and was actively used there, and then she went home and stayed there for another two years. Does what is advertised, brews coffee rapidly, and as long as it is maintained properly (read the directions), it does not cause any problems. It has very small dimensions, and the amount of water that is contained within it is just right. But, if two individuals have coffee throughout the day in a moderate manner, it should be sufficient for them both:) I am unhappy with the service life. Although at a price that is slightly less than 5,000 dollars (at the time of purchase in the year 2022), it is an option that is fairly acceptable. Compatible with a variety of capsule analogs and very effective. in particular with regard to those that are also made of aluminum but are not made of plastic. I did not make use of ones that were entirely metal and refillable. The original Nespresso capsules contain, without a doubt, the tastiest coffee available anywhere. Nevertheless, it is also the most expensive option:) Nonetheless, I was successful in locating a suitable alternative, both in terms of flavor and cost. For those who prefer their coffee black and without milk, the machine is one that I would recommend purchasing for use in the home.
