User friendly, fairly simple & pretty straight forward

The software is easy enough for an intern like myself who has never used it before! I've had some difficulty troubleshooting issues that have been resolved quickly once brought up by our techs but overall this program works well as far as billing goes!! Nothing really- we are using their service mainly because they offer so many different services (billing/payroll) all at one place which makes things easier when trying to do payroll etc.- however there isn't much out here about them outside what's provided online unless someone asks questions specifically related to those topics. We're able to upload files from other sources such as Quickbooks into metrons system along side existing clients records without any problems.

  • Fast turnaround time after submitting tickets seems almost immediate
