I love the feel of this fabric; nice and crisp but smooth. I'm embarrassingly picky about sheets and especially pillowcases. I like that mine is thicker and not made out of a flexible or overly soft material. They're better at growing wisdom lines on the face than silk covers, but I always find really soft dirty ones or something. Bad softies only give me goosebumps. The material is smooth but not silky soft. The color is what I expected, a pretty pink. They go well with regular pillows and snuggle up against my firm, somewhat thick pillows. I was afraid they were too soft, but they aren't, uuuu! The bedding I use is washed every two to three days - I'm allergic to dogs which I use as a heating pad. The threads do not unravel, the hand is held. I've washed them 15-20 times already. I think this will be the case of choice from now on.
