Very reliable product. As others have said, the instructions are terrible. Mine came with a link to go and the instructions were behind a toll wall where I had to enter the code that came with the order. not mine. Luckily this thing isn't rocket science to install with a YouTube video and image as a link. Two things struck me immediately. First, the plastic cap on the back of the arm falls out; Which is disappointing as the other lid I noticed is a tight fit. I also noticed that the color isn't even (almost a blob) to the left of the zoom control. Overall a good microscope, but both of those issues reflected the build quality of some items that shouldn't be on a $400 item.
