Consistent heat, excellent adhesion and durability

This is our second set of Michelangelo pots. We also have a set of their granite pots. I prefer the metal handles and copper finish of this set. Interior surfaces have a durable copper plating that won't stick. We've never had a problem with products sticking to Michelangelo pots, whether the pot was oiled, oiled or sprayed before use. The insides are cooked well and evenly, the products do not burn or burn. The pots themselves also do not burn, burn or become dirty. The bases are suitable for all types of stoves and distribute the heat evenly. The durability of our old kit was excellent so I expect the same from this kit. Even on non-listening teenagers who occasionally reach for metal utensils, we've noticed, to our chagrin, a scratch that didn't penetrate the surface. It's like a scratch on a car that doesn't go through the paint. We are pleased with the performance and durability of the pots. They cook well, are easy to clean and resistant even to teenagers.

Pros
  • Warming Handle: The durable hard-anodized stainless steel cookware handle maintains heat during cooking and provides a secure grip.
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
