Not as good as you think in American Test Kitchen

The first D3 died just weeks into production when a recipe called for a can of Coke to deglaze. Coke left dimples in the pan. The replacement skillet is as sticky as it gets and after many tries I end up using the skillet for all the sour stuff I don't need in my cast iron skillet. It's a good pan and I love the perfect curve of its sides which allows for all manner of vegetal aerial acrobatics but for anything sticky this is my Tramontina and my pans are my workhorses. This pot works about twice a month.
