I liked this product, but something that is time consuming and should not be is the little trays/cups that capture that coins. when you put them back to use for later, they do not fit correctly, so they are constantly slipping out and you are constantly trying to put them in when it should be an easy slip in it is not, half the time the coins push the tray out and there are coins all over the table. I use this at work and it becomes very time consuming. I wished I purchased the initial product I was going to. This also has a large footprint. No one at work is using it now. This thing stressed me out the other night because the cups kept falling out while in use and coins all over the place.you stop the machine, try to fit the cups in again and they fall right back out. Had to 52 pick up coins all over the place. Also I learned I cannot return this machine.
