Works great and holds lots of salt and pepper for me. I agree with one person who commented that if you care about details the handles are actually oriented in the same direction leaving you with two identical shakers. So if you try to display them in a certain way, it might not work. But for us it's ok. They clean up well in the dishwasher and the holes are the perfect size for salt and pepper to come out easily.
