Review on SMARTLINER SA0193/B0193: Premium Black 🚗 Floor Mats for 2016-2022 Honda HR-V by Danny Kamerer

So I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered Smartliner for my mother who just got her first new car. I ordered them for myself and I liked them. However, when I visited them, I wanted to see what the cars look like here. Only to find that those weren't the Smartliners I ordered, but Maxliners. WHAT? Of course she didn't know the difference and didn't even notice since they were a gift. I'm very disappointed as the quality doesn't seem to be the same. They seem flimsy and not that durable. This is the first time I've ordered a product from Amazon that wasn't the product I ordered and didn't want. I'm also upset that she already opened them and I wasn't there to tell her not to put them in her car because I didn't order that. So now they have been used and the big box they came in has been thrown away. I ordered the freight (Smartliner) separately and this order was correct. Hope there is a way to get it right.
