The 18 inch length is perfect for my 17 pound Shih Tzu.
I bought this for agility training, I wasn't sure what length to buy, I chose 18 and it was perfect. Well made and the handle is very comfortable. My dog is a rescue dog and I love that Tuff Pupper sponsors a rescue dog when you register your product.
