Made in China and a bit flimsy
Light weight and easy stored, but I did not realize it was made in China and it is pretty flimsy just extended to 12'. Wish I had bought the heavier duty one rated at 300 lbs, and I am under 200 lbs

So when new heights need to be reached, the 785P+ is the perfect alternative to the traditional extension ladder - only this adjustable ladder is lightweight enough to be carried with one hand and small enough to be stored in the front or back of a truck.
- The ladder might not be appropriate for certain jobs that require a more specialized ladder
