Great little frying pan. my square has a tiny kitchen area so I had to somehow cook my food as I don't have a stove and didn't want the appliance to cook enough for the whole family. When I saw this I thought it might meet all the requirements. It's the perfect size, big enough to cook for 3 or 4 people if needed, doesn't take up much space and I really like the plastic lid because the slow cooker I bought has a glass lid which is super heavy and is evaporating so you're not looking in anyway, that's great. The height of the lid allows you to cook a small roast or chicken and is also great for soups hard boiled eggs stews and roast chicken which is the main reason I bought it and the walls of the pan are high enough to easily fry chicken, cook scrambled eggs and bacon or even flip pancakes! The cooking surface heats up evenly, so food is well baked throughout the pan. It has a non-stick coating which I really like because it's easy to clean and after unplugging and removing the heating element this pan is safe to wash. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and if I ever need to replace it the cost is reasonable enough to just order a new one. This pan is perfect for people with a small cooking surface and it cooks like a dream so it makes the perfect gift.
