Review on Zyliss E900010U ZYLISS Classic Cheese by David Richardson

I bought this to replace my old Zylliss which is 10 years old and noticed that there are some improvements as well as some flaws on this model. First, the grater is really effective—I only have to turn the grater in a full circle a few times to grate an entire mini block of parmesan cheese. The grater is also very easy to disassemble and clean, just like my old one. The main disadvantage is that the handle is harder to hold in your hands. There's no real "edge," so I find myself keeping my hand off it all the time. The texture of the cheese is also slightly different - longer and thicker than the previous soft and very fine grater we are used to. Not necessarily bad, but very different from what we are used to.
