Why ruin a great plastic cheese knife by adding a prong? This is not a cheese knife. I broke my last good plastic handle cheese knife of the same brand using it to slice chocolate (my fault) and decided to get a wood handle knife as an "upgrade". I should have paid more attention to the description because the one with the wooden handle has a metal pin that poses a kitchen drawer hazard and looks downright weird sticking out of the plastic. It still works so I'll keep it, but I'm wondering how difficult it will be to cut that piece off.
