I was skeptical at first, but after installing the camera and watching it work, I was quickly impressed. I've added some photos for you to check. The color night photos are amazing! A daytime photo shows a distant building over 250m away as measured on Google Maps. Flashing red and blue lights on the front of the camera alert people that they are being watched. This alone is a great deterrent to anyone who might become a thief. If someone knows there's a camera there, they probably won't even try to do anything. The CTRONICS app works great with my Android S20. The HiP2P client for Windows offers the possibility record locally on the computer, which is a very handy feature. You can also use a browser on the same local network as the cameras to view the camera! All of my questions and concerns about CTRONICS were answered in a timely manner and were very helpful. Many thanks to Mandy for her help! duh me! Take extra note if you need to, and probably will, use an extension cord. Pay attention to the AWG extension rating. A voltage drop can be observed over long distances. If you start with 12 volts on the power supply, it will lose voltage when it gets to the camera. A 66 foot extension using 24 AWG wire will result in a 56% voltage loss. leave ok 6 volts for the camera to work (not good).
