I had to sandblast some small parts and antique tools that were rusty. I took them to a local machine shop that does stuff like this and they charged me $150. HOORAY! So I went to AMAZON and found this little device. I already had an air compressor so I ordered this sandblaster. It's great for cleaning small projects! I realized I had no explosives when it arrived. NO PROBLEM! It comes with a screen. You can use it to sift fine sand in your kid's sandbox to complete your little chores. Large projects - I would order sandblasting along with this wonderful tool. Your compressor needs about 90psi to be really effective, so you need an air tank of some volume to function properly. A two-tank portable DeWalt like the one I have is fine (or larger). For the price, this is a handy tool to have in any workshop. Great gift for a hobbyist!
